A week of February sunshine on Gran Canaria, at the only resort on the island with 36 holes of its own. Hosted by Lora Fairclough, PGA. Everything arranged, so you can simply enjoy the golf.

Seven nights half board in a Deluxe room at Salobre Hotel Resort & Serenity. Two rounds on the Old Course, two on the New and one at Anfi Tauro, with four coaching sessions with Lora on the range and short game, and private return airport transfers.

An Arizona-style course in the Tauro valley, among volcanic mountains, waterfalls and lakes. Transfers there and back included.

Coaching with Lora

Four two-hour sessions: two on the range and two on the short game, before your rounds at Salobre.

Private airport transfers

Return transfers between Gran Canaria airport and the hotel. The group arrives and departs together.

Lora is with the group all week, from arrival day to the final round on the Old Course.

The golf

Five rounds. Three courses.

Salobre's Old and New courses wind through volcanic ravines right outside the hotel, with a shared buggy on all four rounds. Midweek, the group heads west to Anfi Tauro.

Old Course

The resort's original course, host of the Spanish PGA in 2006. Since 2022 it has been reshaped towards a "desert style", with new bunkers, tees and rough areas.

New Course

The resort's most distinctive course, threading through ravines and volcanic contrasts, and one that rewards precision. Fully reworked, with all 18 holes back in play from winter 2026.

What handicap do I need?

Salobre asks every player for a current golf federation licence and a handicap of 28 or better for men, or 36 or better for women. If you're not sure yours qualifies, call the team on 020 3974 7668 before you book.

How much is the deposit?

£200 per person. Booking for two? The deposit is £400. You pay it once Lora has confirmed your places, from a link we email you. Your places are confirmed once it's paid.

When is the final balance due?

By Sunday 13 December 2026, 8 weeks before departure.

What details will I need to register?

For each person you book: full name as shown on the passport, date of birth, golf handicap index and room type. Plus your own email address and mobile number.

Can I have a room to myself?

Yes. A single room is £2,650 per person, compared with £2,125 sharing.

What does half board cover?

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day. Lunches and drinks are extra.

When is the coaching?

Four two-hour sessions with Lora before your rounds at Salobre: on the range on Monday 8 (10:00–12:00) and Saturday 13 February (09:00–11:00), and on the short game on Tuesday 9 and Friday 12 February (10:00–12:00).

Are flights included?

No. The trip starts and finishes at Gran Canaria airport, where your private transfer meets the group. Everyone arrives and departs together.
