The trip
A week of winter sunshine golf in Marrakech, with the snow-capped Atlas on the horizon. Hosted by Lora Fairclough, PGA. All-inclusive, everything arranged, so you can simply enjoy the golf.
Seven nights in a Deluxe Garden View room at the Kenzi Menara Palace, with your meals and drinks included. Two rounds at Assoufid and one each at Al Maaden, the brand-new Akenza and the historic Royal Golf Marrakech, with coaching from Lora before four of them and every golf transfer arranged.

Award-winning desert golf at Assoufid, Kyle Phillips's Al Maaden and his brand-new Akenza, and the historic Royal Golf Marrakech, where golf in the city began.

Assoufid Golf Club
Niall Cameron's desert-style course, opened in 2014, with only 45% of the land planted and the snow-capped Atlas as a backdrop. The signature par-3 17th plays over a dry riverbed. Voted Africa's Best Golf Course six times at the World Golf Awards.

Al Maaden
A rolling site looking out to the Atlas, with water hazards, raised tees and multi-level greens, and fairways lined with palm, cypress and almond trees.

Southern edge of Marrakech
Akenza
Kyle Phillips's first course in Morocco, opened in summer 2025. An eight-hole stretch crosses natural wadis and canyons, with High Atlas views and a closing par 5 with water down the right.

Marrakech, since 1927
Royal Golf Marrakech
Morocco's oldest club, first built for the Pasha of Marrakech and played by Churchill and Eisenhower. Fairways run through gardens of some 15,000 century-old trees, and one par 3 was named "Brigitte Bardot" by King Hassan II.

Buggies and caddies aren't included and are paid at each course. Buggies are booked for the group every golf day. A caddie is compulsory at Royal Golf Marrakech and Assoufid.

How much is the deposit?
£100 per person. Booking for two? The deposit is £200. You pay it once Lora has confirmed your places, from a link we email you. Your places are confirmed once it's paid.
When is the final balance due?
By Saturday 9 January 2027, 8 weeks before departure.
How many places are left?
Only 3. Most of the group has already booked, so you can register up to 3 people online. If the trip fills, call the team on 020 3974 7668 to join the waiting list.
What details will I need to register?
For each person you book: full name as shown on the passport, date of birth, golf handicap index and room type. Plus your own email address and mobile number.
Can I have a room to myself?
Yes. A single room is £2,350 per person, compared with £2,050 sharing.
Do I need a buggy or a caddie?
Buggies and caddies are paid locally at each course. Buggies are booked for the group every golf day. A caddie is compulsory at Royal Golf Marrakech and Assoufid.
When are the coaching sessions?
Every golf day, for two hours: before the round at Akenza, Royal Golf and both Assoufid days, and after the round at Al Maaden. The times are in the itinerary above.
Are flights included?
No. The trip starts and finishes at Marrakech airport, where your transfer meets the group. Everyone arrives and departs together.
